Strategic Cooperation Agreement Signed Between SINENG Electric Group and INFOTelecom
During the Intersolar Europe 2026 international exhibition in Munich, Germany, a cooperation agreement was signed between SINENG Electric Group, one of the global leaders in renewable energy technologies, and INFOTelecom EPC, part of Gjonaj Group Holdings. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of representatives of both companies and was signed by Mr. Arben Margilaj, Director of the Energy Development Projects Department at INFOTelecom EPC, and Mr. William Rang, Executive President of SINENG Electric Group in China.
This agreement represents the completion of a direct supply contract for energy equipment for the Solar Park Gjorica 40 MW photovoltaic project and marks the beginning of a long-term partnership between the two companies for the development of renewable energy projects that Gjonaj Group Holdings is currently developing across the Balkan region, including Albania, Kosovo, Romania, Bulgaria, Montenegro, and other countries in the region.
The Chairman of the Board of Gjonaj Group Holdings, Mr. Marin Gjonaj, described this agreement as a concrete step in the group’s investments in clean energy production. “The agreement with SINENG Electric Group further strengthens Gjonaj Group Holdings’ strategy of building partnerships with global technology leaders, bringing innovative solutions and high standards to the region for the development of renewable energy projects, in support of the sustainable energy transition of the Balkans,” said Mr. Marin Gjonaj.

Gjatë zhvillimit të panairit ndërkombëtar Intersolar Europe 2026 në Mynih të Gjermanisë, u nënshkrua marrëveshja e bashkëpunimit ndërmjet SINENG Electric Group, një prej liderëve globalë në teknologjitë e energjisë së rinovueshme, dhe INFOTelecom EPC, pjesë e Gjonaj Group Holdings. Ceremonia e nënshkrimit u zhvillua në prani të përfaqësuesve të të dy kompanive dhe u firmos nga z. Kjo marrëveshje përfaqëson finalizimin e një kontrate të drejtpërdrejtë për furnizimin me pajisje energjetike për projektin fotovoltaik të Solar Park Gjorica 40 MW, si dhe shënon fillimin e një partneriteti afatgjatë ndërmjet dy kompanive për zhvillimin e projekteve të energjisë së rinovueshme që Gjonaj Group Holdings ka në proces në rajonin e Ballkanit, përfshirë Shqipërinë, Kosovën, Rumaninë, Bullgarinë, Malin e Zi dhe vende të tjera të rajonit.
