Gjonaj Group Holdings (GGH) signed a Memorandum of Understanding and cooperation with the Faculty of Economy of the University of Tirana (FEUT). The agreement was signed in the premises of the Faculty of Economy by the Chairman of the Board of Gjonaj Group Holdings and CEO of INFOTelecom, Mr. Marin Gjonaj and the Dean of FEUT, Prof. Dr. Dhori Kule.

During the signing ceremony, Prof. Kule welcomed this cooperation that comes in the wake of the Job Fair of the faculty and the connection of bridges with the private sector in the country.

“This is an agreement of mutual interest. From our side, this agreement benefits our students, who get even closer to the market and continue to qualify, being involved in work practices and training. Also, this agreement is of interest to our lecturers, who will have another friend corporation in the Albanian and regional markets,” – said Prof. Kule.

The Chairman of the Board of Gjonaj Group Mr. Marin Gjonaj thanked the Faculty of Economy for the hospitality and willingness to cooperate.

“I am pleased to be here today and to start this cooperation. Gjonaj Group Holdings is a business group that has already extended beyond Albania, to the Balkan region, and further, to Europe and the USA. We welcome your excellent students to apply to us for employment. At the same time, we are pleased to offer training on business matters, for free, to your students, within our Training Academy” – said Mr. Gjonaj.

In continuation of this cooperation, Mr. Gjonaj held an open lecture with students of the Faculty of Economy, mainly from the branches of economics, marketing, business administration and economic informatics, related to the labor market and the engagement of students in this market. He emphasized the importance of knowing the market, engaging in training and professional internships and suggested students to try hard to integrate into the Albanian labor market and not to leave Albania.

Mr. Gjonaj invited students for internships in the companies of the group, in fields such as telecommunications, energy, business marketing, real estate, agricultural exports, etc. He also invited the students for training (which is offered for free) within the Academy of Gjonaj Group Holdings.
