Job Requirements for SMS, NOC Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, computer science, computer engineering, electronic engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Preferably with experience working as an NOC specialist/engineer.
- Experience in monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting SMS platforms and network infrastructure.
- Knowledge of telecommunications protocols, SMSC (Short Message Service Center), SMPP (Short Message Peer-to-Peer), and other messaging technologies.
- Familiarity with network management tools, monitoring systems, and ticketing platforms.
- Understanding of IP networking, routing, and connectivity issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts, second and third`s (24/7 operations).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle real-time operational issues.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Good project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
- Knowledge of server hardware systems,
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
