The Chairman of the Board of Gjonaj Group Holdings, Mr. Marin Gjonaj, attended the GPF Global Flagship Conference Vienna 2026 at the invitation of the organizers, an international forum that brings together business leaders, investors, and senior institutional representatives from different countries. The event took place on September 8 in Vienna, Austria, and brought together important representatives from business, politics, finance, and industry. The discussions focused on investments, the green transition, technology and artificial intelligence, geopolitical developments, as well as strengthening international economic cooperation.
The program was attended by senior representatives of Austrian institutions and international business, including Alexander Pröll, State Secretary at the Federal Chancellery of Austria, and Peter Hanke, Federal Minister for Innovation, Mobility and Infrastructure. The discussions also addressed the mobilization of private capital for economic growth and sustainable transformation, international investment flows, economic resilience, and the role of the green technology industry in economic development.
During his stay in Vienna, Mr. Gjonaj held meetings and discussions with representatives of GPF Global, investors, and representatives of Austrian institutions present at the event. Particular attention was given to new opportunities for cooperation and investment, especially in the energy sector. “The meetings with investors, particularly those operating in the energy sector, were very important for us. We aim to expand our cooperation in this sector, with a particular focus on our investments and projects in the Balkans. Strengthening international partnerships is an important element of our development strategy,” said Mr. Marin Gjonaj.
Participation in GPF Global Vienna comes at a time when Gjonaj Group Holdings is further expanding its activities in the energy sector, alongside telecommunications and other areas of business. The Group is engaged in the development of renewable energy and photovoltaic projects in Albania and in Balkan markets, through its companies and international partnerships. INFOTelecom, one of the Group’s companies, has expanded its activities in recent years into the renewable energy and EPC sector, with photovoltaic projects in Albania and an expansion of its activities into Kosovo, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, and Montenegro. Austria also represents an important market for the international relations of Gjonaj Group Holdings. The Group is present in the Austrian market also through cooperation in the telecommunications sector between INFOTelecom and Austrian operator A1, creating a further basis for expanding economic relations and identifying new opportunities for cooperation.

Kryetari i Bordit të Gjonaj Group Holdings, z. Marin Gjonaj, mori pjesë me ftesë të organizatorëve në GPF Global Flagship Conference Vienna 2026, një forum ndërkombëtar që bashkon drejtues të biznesit, investitorë dhe përfaqësues të lartë institucionalë nga vende të ndryshme. Aktiviteti u zhvillua më 8 shtator në Vjenë të Austrisë dhe mblodhi përfaqësues të rëndësishëm nga biznesi, politika, financa dhe industria. Në qendër të diskutimeve ishin investimet, transformimi i gjelbër, teknologjia dhe inteligjenca artificiale, zhvillimet gjeopolitike, si dhe forcimi i bashkëpunimit ekonomik ndërkombëtar.
Në program morën pjesë përfaqësues të lartë të institucioneve austriake dhe të biznesit ndërkombëtar, mes tyre Alexander Pröll, Sekretar Shteti në Kancelarinë Federale të Austrisë, dhe Peter Hanke, Ministër Federal për Inovacionin, Mobilitetin dhe Infrastrukturën. Diskutimet përfshinë gjithashtu mobilizimin e kapitalit privat për rritje ekonomike dhe transformim të qëndrueshëm, flukset ndërkombëtare të investimeve, qëndrueshmërinë ekonomike dhe rolin e industrisë së teknologjive të gjelbra në zhvillimin ekonomik.
Gjatë qëndrimit në Vjenë, z. Gjonaj zhvilloi takime dhe diskutime me përfaqësues të GPF Global, investitorë dhe përfaqësues të institucioneve austriake të pranishëm në aktivitet. Një vëmendje e veçantë iu kushtua mundësive të reja për bashkëpunim dhe investime, veçanërisht në sektorin e energjisë. “Takimet me investitorët, veçanërisht me ata që operojnë në fushën e energjisë, ishin shumë të rëndësishme për ne. Synojmë të zgjerojmë bashkëpunimet në këtë sektor, me fokus të veçantë në investimet dhe projektet tona në Ballkan. Forcimi i partneriteteve ndërkombëtare është një element i rëndësishëm i strategjisë sonë të zhvillimit,” u shpreh z. Marin Gjonaj.
