Gjonaj Group Training Academy has started a series of trainings with university students. The first training took place within the framework of the cooperation agreement signed a few days ago with the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tirana. A group of students of this faculty from the business-administration degree, visited the headquarters of Gjonaj Group, where they were received by the company’s managers.
Further, they participated in the training on “Communication in Business”, prepared and given by the Directorate of Strategic Communication. In addition, the students were introduced to the possibilities of teaching practices and employment at Gjonaj Group companies.
Gjonaj Group Training Academy, in addition to training for company staff, will pay special attention to cooperation and institutional communication with universities and labor offices in the country, with the aim of strengthening organizational knowledge and the continuous qualification of employees.
